News Corp has today stated that they do not intend to contend with Microsoft for the purchase of Yahoo!.
Chairman and CEO, Rupert Murdoch said that he is confident in News Corp market position with the impending U.S. Recession regardless of the fact that the News Corp owned TV stations that were around 5% behind management’s original forecasts.
