Kiri's Cole Classic Swim!

Kiri's Cole Classic Swim!

A big congratulations to E-Webber Kiri who competed in the Manly Cole Classic on the 6th of February, a 1 km swim from Shelly Beach to Front South Manly beach. Kiri slammed this event in an impressive 24.11 minutes, being placed 606 out of 1,324 competitors in her wave.

As a part of this event, competitors were to choose a charity to raise funds for. Kiri’s charity of choice to support was ‘Young Care’; a charity dedicated to providing care for young people in aged care and nursing homes. Kiri managed to raise $1,186 for the charity, smashing her target of 1K.

Young Care is not only a client of E-Web Marketing, but it is the primary charity in which E-Web Marketing supports and is passionate about. The charity is a not-for profit organisation which aims to provide accommodation and care to Australia’s youth whom have full time care needs, as currently there are more than 6,500 young Australians whom are in aged care simply because of few alternatives available.
