Nokia, the worlds largest mobile phone maker from Finland have introduced the ability to have Google search on four of its new handsets.Nokia utilise a custom search function they have created, which will now have the power of Google backing it.
In 2007, Nokia released the N95 mobile device which was the first in its class to support Google’s YouTube video sharing, this indicates a history of endorsing the power of Google which begins people speculating if Nokia have given in to the prospect of running its own custom search and advertising network on its mobile phone range.
Do you use mobile search yet on your handset? A number of people here at E-Web Marketing do, and believe the Google development named ‘Android’ will quickly modernise the handset search as open source developers continue to refine the products built specifically for mobile handsets.
